The following list is a sample of some of these factors.  You, as the consumer, must decide for yourself, with the help of your builder, how each factor pertains to you.

• Size of the home – single story or two stories and the square footage.
• Property – Hills, Level Ground, Distance from the road, etc.
• Location – Distance from builders business.  Distance from Suppliers.
• Access to Utilities – Gas, Water and Sewer, Electrical.
• Cost of Plans (Blue Prints).
• Cost of Financing.
• The Ability of the Owner to make decisions and stick to them.
