- Size and Scope of the Addition.
- Location – Distance from builders business. Distance from Suppliers.
- Utilities – Access to and problems in relocating.
- Age of Homes – Pre 1978 Construction will have to abide by EPA Rules on Lead in the home.
- Will remodeling the existing home take place during the construction of the addition?
- Is the home an historic home?
- Cost of financing.
- The Ability of the Owner to make decisions and stick to them.
